Since I discovered the site way back in high school, ASOS has been one of my favorite sites to shop. The UK based site features what seems to be like hundreds of different brands similar to what we would expect at a department store. Brands range from popular household names like adidas and puma to more high end designers like Ted Baker. While it’s great to have options, at times the sheer volume of the site makes it an overwhelming shopping experience. Through the years I’ve developed a few of my go-to brands that I search for first when I’m looking to shop:
ASOS
This one is no surprise but I have to mention it because sometimes people overlook the fact that ASOS is it’s own brand. The ASOS brand has TONS of clothing and accessories that are super affordable and useful. From basics like T-shirts and leggings, to gym wear and vacation essentials, ASOS probably has you covered for whatever you need. They’ve got great dresses and occasion wear too. Because of the wide range of items they sell it may be overwhelming when you put the brand in the search bar. Be sure to narrow down your search with the menu bar.

Paper Dolls Boutique
Lace dresses are my absolute favorite for weddings, graduations and generally anytime I’m trying to go for an elegant daytime look. Paper Dolls Boutique has got these types of dresses for days! The dresses range in colors and styles. It’s even better that the brand features items in petite and tall versions so it’s truly accessible to everyone. If you’re feeling like the dresses are pricey for what you’re looking for, make sure to check out the sale section. They’ve usually got a number of dresses on sale for reasonable prices. This dress featured in the look in one of my previous posts was from Paper Dolls Boutique!
Chi Chi London
SImilarly to Paper Dolls Boutique, Chi Chi London is another one of those brands I go to when I’m on the hunt for an elegant but slightly standout dress. The brand features a lot of lace dresses as well but the designs are slightly bolder and more unique than those from Paper Dolls Boutique which is why I love it. If you’re looking for a pretty dress that will still make you stand out from the crowd, check out Chi Chi London!
River Island
This brand is definitely more popular, if not before then definitely ever since Rihanna collaborated with them. River Island reminds me of sites like Missguided and Nasty Gal. It’s got affordable clothes that give you a fashion forward look. Typically I gravitate towards the shoes at River Island before anything else and they’re definitely likely to be on sale like these shoes I got via ASOS!
Vesper
When you’re looking for simple yet eye-stopping mono or duo chrome looks, Vesper should be the first ASOS brand that you check out. The brand has dresses, jumpsuits, and co-ords that are either a bold bright color with a creative design or a minimalistic design meant to draw attention to how well tailored it is. Like Paper Dolls Boutique, and Chi Chi London, you can be sure to find some dresses on sale as well!

Those are the top five brands that I like to check out every time I shop on ASOS. That definitely doesn’t meant that I stick to this list all the time. Like I mentioned earlier ASOS has what feels like hundreds of brands that can offer something new and exciting to your wardrobe!
