The time has come again for you to load up your Sephora cart with your favorite products and items on your wishlist: the Sephora Spring Sale! Generally speaking, I feel like there was a lot less excitement about the sale around this time last year, and for good reason. We were in the throws of a pandemic. Without anywhere to go, we most certainly weren’t piling on makeup or fragrances. Maybe skincare had it’s moment to shine, but still, there just wasn’t as much excitement or chatter about the sale as there seems to be now!
What To Know About the Sephora Spring Sale
The Sephora Spring Sale is one of two times in a year that Sephora provides discounts on all of its products for those who are enrolled in their points program. If you are a beauty insider you earn 10% off, while VIBs and Rouge members earn 15% and 20% off respectively. The tiers correspond with how many points you’ve amassed within a year. It should come at no surprise that your girl is a Rouge member and has been for the past years.
I’m breaking this post down into two categories: the products I already have that I recommend picking up and the products that are on my wishlist for the sale that I plan on getting. Happy shopping!
What To Buy From the Sephora Spring Sale
Skincare
My Topicals Faded & Like Butter
This Black owned brand made it’s way to Sephora and flew off the shelf. Hopefully it restocks at some point in the sale, but in the meantime check out my full review on the products here.
Belif The True Cream Moisturizing Bomb
This is the best moisturizer I have ever used and it would be very difficult for me to switch to another for the foreseeable future. I am so glad I found this. There are two versions of the cream, a lighter one for warmer months and the moisturizing bomb I use which is for dryer skin or in the colder months.
I tried this lip balm as a sample and I immediately knew that I needed to try the full size. It smells superb but it also actually moisturizes as opposed to other lip products that just sit on top of my lips.
Makeup
Fenty Beauty Eaze Drop Blurring Skin Tint
The latest launch from Fenty Beauty has not disaapointed. They normally have the complexion product game on lock. This skin tint is very skin like but has a decent amount of coverage which is a plus for those who would still like to cover up some dark spots.
Lilly Lashes 3D Mink Lash “Miami”
My all time favorite lash brand and style, but I do know they come at a price. If you’ve ever wanted to try the fan favorite Lilly Lash, the Sephora Spring Sale is a good time.
Rare Beauty Soft Pinch Liquid Blush
What I’m Picking Up from the Sale
Gucci Natural Finish Fluid Foundation
Picking this up for no other reason other than I heard great reviews and don’t mind trying out a luxury perfume. It’s too expensive to justify getting without the sale anyways!
I also heard great things about this foundation as a lighter coverage foundation for warmer weather. It comes at a more affordable price point so I’m all in!
Valentino Donna Born in Roma Fragrance
As with everything else on my wishlist, I heard great things about this fragrance. I’m looking for some new fragrances and the Sephora Spring Sale is the perfect time to try because they can be pretty expensive so I’ll take all the discounts I can get!
That’s it for all my recommendations for the Sephora Spring Sale. There are a ton of great products both old and new, so I’m sure you will have plenty of options when you head to stores or load up your cart online!
“And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin. Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these. If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the fire, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith?” Matthew 6: 28-30
