Over the past month, Instagram and social media saw a wave of support for Black influencers and creatives. There were tons of lists of Black influencers to follow, but I saw that many of them prioritized influencers with larger followings (think 10k+). Don’t get me wrong those influencers absolutely deserve all the credit that they received, but I’d also like to shake the table once again and bring you a list of Black Nano influencers to follow.
When I say nano influencer, it’s really just for lack of better, more concise word for influencers with less than 10k followers on instagram. This is in no way to suggest that the influence of the women on this list is small. All of them have influenced me and served as my inspiration at one point or another.

I first came across Serena’s content when she made it to the Sephora Squad semifinals back in 2019. Every single time she drops a new makeup look, my mind is blown at how talented she is.
